Colorado PACE Walks to End Alzheimer’s
On Saturday, the Colorado PACE team joined thousands of people at Denver’s City Park for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s, coming together in support of people living with Alzheimer’s disease and the families and caregivers who support them.
The walk provided an opportunity for people from across the community to come together around a shared commitment: raising awareness and supporting those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
For Colorado PACE, participating in events like this is a meaningful way to connect with the community and stand alongside older adults, families and caregivers.
